Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and fg55 ("fg55", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the fg55 website located at fg55.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through that website.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the fg55 service, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Eligibility

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one fg55 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and at all subsequent points where fg55 requests identity or contact information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and the voiding of any pending or historical transactions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. fg55 will treat any activity conducted from your account as having been carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fg55 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fg55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the fg55 cashier at the time of transaction. fg55 reserves the right to amend these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, and fraud screening. Standard processing times are between one and three business days following approval of the withdrawal request. fg55 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method where technically possible.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on fg55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fg55 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is initiated in a foreign currency by any payment intermediary, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and fg55 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes offered by fg55 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, as published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fg55 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets that do not reflect genuine gaming activity solely for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements; using automated software to place wagers; or colluding with other players in connection with bonus exploitation. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods within the account dashboard.

Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fg55 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one fg55 account, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or perform any account activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities, or display anomalies on the fg55 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

fg55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in breach of the above prohibitions, to void all associated bets and transactions, to forfeit any account balance, and to report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fg55 platform — including but not limited to the fg55 brand name and logo, website design, layout, user interface elements, text, images, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional artwork, and source code — is the intellectual property of fg55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg55 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any fg55 content; create derivative works based on fg55 content; use fg55 branding for commercial purposes or in a manner that implies endorsement by fg55; or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the fg55 software or platform infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and software providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the fg55 platform, including but not limited to:

Any genuine funds balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of the standard KYC process.

13.2 Termination by fg55

fg55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period; account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more; or any other circumstance in which fg55 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the service.

Amendments

fg55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fg55 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fg55 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal policies of fg55. fg55 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular national jurisdiction.
